Terms
Terms of use
These terms cover how you use green-mirage-hub.com and how Green Mirage Hub's consulting services get commissioned. Browsing the site or booking the diagnostic call means you've accepted them.
Our content
The frameworks, case notes and photography on this site are Green Mirage Hub's own work unless credited otherwise. Read it, link to it, quote a line with attribution — reusing whole sections commercially needs our written go-ahead first.
Prices and availability
The indicative scope and pricing shown for Operational Strategy Review, Process Design and Mapping, Decision Framework Development and Workshop Facilitation are a starting point, kept current in good faith. What actually gets billed and delivered is confirmed once we've scoped your specific engagement.
Engagements
What Green Mirage Hub actually delivers for you — which service, over what timeline, for what fee — is set out case by case once the diagnostic call has scoped the work. The site describes the four services we offer; the agreement itself is a separate, direct step.
Limits of responsibility
Green Mirage Hub stands behind what's published on this site to the extent the law requires and no further. We don't answer for sites we link out to, and general material here — case studies, framework overviews — isn't a substitute for a scoped engagement if you act on it directly.
When terms change
As Green Mirage Hub's service list or working practices change, these terms get updated to match — whatever's published here is the current, binding version, and a material change shows up on this page with a new date.
Jurisdiction
The law of Japan applies here, since that's where Green Mirage Hub actually operates and where Lewis is reachable day to day — not wherever a client happens to be reading from.
Contact
Questions about these terms, or about how a Strategy Review engagement is actually structured, go to hello@green-mirage-hub.com — Lewis reads and answers every message himself.
Where we're based
Green Mirage Hub is registered at 2-12-3 Nishi-Rokugo, Ota City, Tokyo 144-0056, Japan — the address our invoicing and any formal correspondence are tied to.
Booking a diagnostic call
Booking the free diagnostic call through the site is not a contract for services. It is a conversation. A paid engagement only begins once a scope and fee are agreed in writing, separately from anything discussed on the call.
What a scope document covers
Every paid engagement is defined by a written scope: what will be delivered, the timeline, and the fee. Where the site lists indicative prices for Operational Strategy Review, Process Design and Mapping, Decision Framework Development, or Workshop Facilitation, the scope document is what actually governs the work — the site is a starting point, not the agreement itself.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Diagnostic calls can be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable notice through the same channel used to book them. Cancellation terms for a paid engagement, once one exists, are set out in that engagement's own scope document.
No warranty beyond the scope
Advice and frameworks delivered under an engagement are tailored to what was discussed and documented at the time. We do not warrant outcomes beyond what is explicitly agreed in writing, and general material published on this site should not be treated as a substitute for that agreed work.
Severability
Should a single clause of these terms turn out unenforceable in a given jurisdiction, the rest keeps standing — we'd treat that clause as swapped for the nearest enforceable equivalent rather than voiding the whole agreement.
Deliverables and intellectual property
Once an engagement is paid in full, the specific deliverables produced for you — scope documents, process maps, decision frameworks — are yours to use internally. The underlying methods, templates, and frameworks Green Mirage Hub uses to produce them remain ours, and are not transferred by any single engagement.
Events outside our control
Illness, an infrastructure outage, or another disruption reasonably outside either side's control can delay a Process Design and Mapping session or a Workshop Facilitation date — neither of us is liable for that delay itself. If it hits an active engagement, we'll flag it as soon as we know and agree a new timeline together.
Payment terms
Fees for a confirmed engagement are invoiced according to the schedule set out in the scope document — typically on acceptance and on completion of agreed milestones. Late payment does not cancel an engagement automatically, but ongoing work may pause until an overdue invoice is settled.
